整体还不错,就是房间里的暖气半夜会发出滴答声,吵得我们睡不好。早上跟前台提了这事,但他们好像也没打算处理。
对我们来说,这是一个轻松愉快的夜晚。
毫无疑问,这是奥里利亚酒店里最好的欧陆式早餐。
隔音效果极佳,而且很有家的感觉。
前台非常干净,办理入住和退房时工作人员非常友好且有礼貌。
需要翻新
一切都显得陈旧破旧。我们到达时,我最小的孩子说:“我感觉我们就像在史酷比电影里一样。”
入住后,我很失望地发现,包含的全套早餐(预订酒店时的主要特色/选项)降级为欧陆式早餐(而且质量很差,甚至没有苹果或香蕉)。第二天早上我们甚至根本没吃早餐。
我甚至在早餐/第一天的时候听到其他客人在讨论酒店的糟糕状况。
我们入住时,房间里弥漫着霉味/潮湿的味道。
我们在路上走了7分钟,又经过了另一家BW酒店,后悔没有在那里预订。
我们和经理以及清洁工一起进入房间,走廊里有人主动提出帮忙搬行李。大约15分钟后,一名清洁工才进来,他几分钟前才看到我们进来。经理看到我们进来后,正试图开门,清洁工进来时,就在我们门外。我们进房间时,地板上有一堆脏床单,我们不得不把它们挪开。早餐不像欧陆式早餐,选择很少。尽管我们在退房时提出了这些问题,但他们也没有提供任何折扣。
一家人带着父母和幼儿一起旅行。总体来说,住宿舒适愉快。工作人员友好热情,乐于助人。早餐不错。露台区域漂亮开放。然而,房子比较老旧,需要维护。整体清洁度也有待提高——我们房间的角落里有蜘蛛网。我父母房间的排水管堵塞了,散发着难闻的气味。短期住宿的好选择!
总体来说,入住体验很愉快。然而,酒店的一些设施如果能翻新一下就更好了,因为很多设施都显得过时,而且磨损明显。我们的房间位于主楼层,靠近自动售货机区域,房间里弥漫着一股浓烈难闻的气味,弥漫在走廊里。虽然工作人员已经了解了气味问题,但目前尚不清楚他们是否采取了任何措施来解决这个问题。如果能进行一些翻新和维护,整体的宾客体验将会得到显著改善。
过时了!!!
服务不错,早餐也不错,但设施太过时了!!太失望了!一股泥泞的气味,建筑非常老旧。浴室天花板剥落,有补丁,浴缸排水口周围生锈,镜子和水槽出水口很脏。网上图片有误导性!!
以前我们常去的酒店,现在不行了。
我们入住了两晚,在酒店待了大约一个小时,就发现环境极其肮脏不卫生。空调滤网结块/堵塞,枕头上有不明污渍,床上有毛发,表面有粘稠的饮料印,墙上有不明飞溅物,盘子脏兮兮的,还有蜘蛛和蜘蛛网。
前台工作人员很友好,过来拍照报告,并提供了另一间房间。第二个房间……只是稍微好一点,地板上仍然有垃圾,空调滤网堵塞,还有蜘蛛和蜘蛛网等等。
因此,尤其是考虑到我们是一个免疫系统癌症患者,我们决定离开,去其他地方预订。两周后,我写这篇评论时,仍在争取退款。我们正式告知工作人员我们拒绝入住,他们向我们保证经理会批准退款,并审查客房服务的问题,但我们没有收到任何回复,到目前为止,酒店经理也没有回复或批准。
