Bed sheets were clearly not cleaned and were stained. There was fungus on the bananas in breakfast for multiple days. We received no room service for the 3 nights we were there. There was no body wash in shower and we had to use shampoo for body wash. You get what you paid for but this hotel was horrible.

All employees were very good. The room was clean. The bed in my room was too soft. I had a handicapped accessible room. The handheld shower head was placed too high to reach for someone in a wheelchair staying alone. The hair dryer on switch was broken. The curtain open rod was placed where someone in a wheelchair couldn't access it. I couldn't open the curtains. The heater/air conditioner temperature was set too low for this time of the year. I increased the temperature on the thermostat and it still wasn't up to temperature over 12 hours later.

Staff was pleasant and bed was comfy. Breakfast was wonderful. I would make a return visit if in the area.
