The young woman at the front desk did everything within her power to give us a better room. However, management/ owner needs to hire a reputable pest control company to get rid of the pest/ bed bugs. The mattresses should be covered with mattress covers. The mattresses were all stained and had either live bugs crawling on them or dead bugs on them. Comfort suites was not comfortable and I made a bad CHOICE in choosing a Choice hotel. In the end we had to leave after finding dead bugs in the second room.

Terrible. Very dirty, tried to use pull out couch and there were dirty sheets on it. Told front desk and were handed new sheets to put on ourselves. There was a long term resident across the hall from us that had trash in the hallway our entire stay.

There was no way to make coffee in the room because the tray was missing to the coffee maker. The water pressure in the shower was really weak. Room looked clean but there was only one blanket for two beds.

The room had a terrible smell when we went in

The bed was comfortable, the soap,shampoo,conditioner were low quality

The breakfast was not great, eggs were cold and taste was terrible, all I had was cereal and yogurt

Out of the 90’s needs to be brought up to date!

Breakfast was just okay. I would have liked to have more than one fruit option, peanut butter or non pork protein, or some individually wrapped options (cereal/ granola bars) for those on the run. Milk was poured from a community jug. Waffle batter was inconsistent from one day to the next.

Our room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, shower pressure not good and tub drained slow so standing in water during the shower. Breakfast area was clean, organized and a good variety. Would stay again

Customer service was perfect, breakfast was good and parking was plenty. Area was safe, front desk was very helpful and accommodating! Would definitely recommend a stay here!
