Room was clean, staff was courteous, but I had set up for maintenance to come over the next morning and had to call again because of a no show. Set up for a basic cleaning for Sunday and nobody came over for that. Fireplace was not working. Dishwasher had water at the bottom and wasn't working until the maintenance finally showed. Wasted half my day waiting for the maintenance person to show when it was setup for 9:00 am. Coffee pot exploded in my hand and almost burnt my body. Otherwise everything else was good

This is my second time staying at this property in the last year, and I will certainly be coming back. The rooms are spacious and very nice. I love the peacefulness of the balcony and convenience of having a kitchen with everything needed already supplied. The location is very convenient with regard to Busch Gardens and the historic area of Williamsburg, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Can’t wait for the next trip!

Nice big territory, good looking buildings and apartments. Although, you can hear neighbors from upstairs how they walk in their bedroom. The most unpleasant thing is the Hilton welcome pack in form of $56 for amenities, which in other places included by default. The pool is good, they also have saunas, but separate man and woman’s in respective bathrooms. The woman’s was closed, btw. I would definitely recommend this place if they charge honestly from the beginning. Hidden fees is never a good marketing tactic.

This is our property of choice any time we visit Williamsburg. Lobby was very crowded on check in day and only one staff member assisting guests. Other than that the stay was wonderful as usual.

总的来说，这是一个很棒的度假酒店。不过，对于两卧室的房间来说，毛巾数量不够。我建议泳池区的自助餐厅/酒吧可以延长营业时间！
我喜欢酒店的设施和员工的友善。露台的家具可以更整洁些，网络连接也有些不好，但总的来说，每次入住都是一次很棒的体验。
我们住的房间非常老旧过时。一进门地毯就闻到一股霉味。房间里的家具都损坏了。厨房的桌子变形了，卧室的梳妆台也损坏了。客厅的电视没有遥控器，客房的电视遥控器也没有电池。
我之前在这家度假村住过几次，房间一直都很现代，装修一新，干净整洁，维护得很好。这次被分配到这么差的房间，真是令人震惊。住宿体验令人失望。
