Mi reclamo es el siguiente; pague por vista parcial al mar, nos pusieron al lado de una construcción del hotel, además, nunca supimos que no había gimnasio, porque estaba en remodelación. Pague 1.933.960 CLP, incluyendo; IVA 213.628 CLP, impuesto municipal 11.296 CLP. El precio no indicaba que en el hotel me cobrarían 400 US$ en (RM GOVERMENT TAX y RESORT CHARGE), es decir, lo que promociona TRP.COM es publicidad engañosa, tratamos de comunicarnos desde el hotel y no fue posible. El hotel nunca tuvo animo de solucionar nada y TRIP:COM tampoco, por lo tanto contratar estadía este hotel con Uds. fue una mala experiencia.
Agradeceré indicarme que debe hacer para que me devuelvan lo cobrado demás, y con quien hablar porque la atención de Uds. es impersonal.

Rooms were very clean and tidy and roomy.
Location to beach was great.
Palapa (umbrella) rentals were easy and ALL staff on premise we ultra friendly.

This hotel was under construction as was the one next door. The beach was nice but the rental amenities were very lame and the constant banging was hard to get over.

我们知道希尔顿酒店扩建期间会有施工，但大部分时候这并没有造成困扰。令人失望的是，两个泳池中只有一个开放，这意味着有时很难在泳池区找到座位。
海滩躺椅很容易预订，每天都有一些免费的。棕榈滩真的非常漂亮，酒店能如此方便地通往海滩真是太好了。
总的来说，酒店服务很棒，有几个员工可能那天心情不好，但总的来说，阿鲁巴人非常友好。 Violet 负责我们入住期间的房间清洁，她人真的很好！
虽然不是酒店的错，但在办理入住时我被告知每天还有额外的度假村费用。Trip.com 说会有一小笔政府税。但完全没有提及度假村费。政府税也比 Trip.com 在我们预订确认单上标明的要多。
我们非常喜欢在阿鲁巴希尔顿酒店的住宿，迫不及待想明年再来！
我们来过这家希尔顿很多次了，对这里很熟悉。不过，这次我们免费升级到了套房，简直太棒了！套房华丽又超级宽敞。酒店所有员工都非常乐于助人，总是很开心地为您服务。选择阿鲁巴希尔顿永远不会错，它提供一流的服务，而且是为数不多仍然拥有私人海滩区域的酒店之一，海滩上没有那些商业水上运动公司。这家希尔顿酒店让人完全放松，并且非常美丽！
酒店位置非常差，因为对面马路有好多餐厅。餐厅嘅音乐音量非常大，而且系通宵咁开。我住嘅房间都可以听到。
酒店房间嘅冷气机噪音都好大。
预订酒店嘅时候冇提到酒店正在进行翻新工程，去到之后才知道佢哋进行翻新工程。有些设施需要关闭。例如邻近酒店房嘅停车场关闭咗。其中一个游泳池亦都关闭。而且景观唔好睇又有噪音等等。
我订嘅系海景房间，但系观景非常差。只有小部份可以见到海而且距离很远。以我哋订房嘅价钱绝对唔值。
