The toilet wouldnt flush as if drain was clogged. Had to get another room. Toilet in it was also very slow. I suspect it was a main line clog.

Ratings Are Deceiving
I do not know how you guys have as high a rating as you do because this motel needs severely updated. The room was clean but the wall plug-ins didn’t work, the handle fell off the shower, and the mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Then we had people trying to come in our room multiple times even in the middle of the night. There is no elevators so you have to walk up and down the stairs on the outside of the building. Their breakfast was nasty scrambled eggs was soaking in water, link sausages had zero flavor and the waffles would burn because the timer was set too long on the waffle maker. Nothing else was offered except cold cereal. The building stunk throughout and could have used some air freshener. The staff was nice and very considerate of the guest that is the only good thing I can say about this facility

Very run down. Pool hours are awful. Looks like people live in the trees right beside the parking lot. Very little breakfast.

Unpleasant smell when we arrived…beds were uncomfortable and building doesn’t look like it is well maintained. It was good for the price but when we stay longer than a day in this area we will stay elsewhere.

Wont stay again!
Hotel.was not as advertised. Very dated and reviews read were not at all accurate. Staff was very kind and considerate, but not a welcoming place to atay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and the room was very small. Our room for the evening had a musty odor when we arrived not much room.between beds and walls. Woild not stay again. But kudos to the staff for their consideration and helpfulness

The worst hotel/motel ever
I was not able to stay at that hotel it was more of a motel — it was dirty stinky— as soon as I walked in I could smell the stench — the front desk was rude — I asked to see the room and went in still smelly creepy covers dirty with stains — I look like truckers stayed there— not fit for a lady - it was located in a bad area and a red roof inn

Terrible Terrible STAFF
The service was terrible, housekeeping didn't come around and provide towels nor sheets all 3days unless u had them sitting outside that morning. The front desk were very rude,and the policy states $20 per pet,per night. Which would add up to $120 if they stayed a full 3nights,bc I had 2pets in my room ! But only stayed for 3hours then pets left. But they still kept my deposit $120 plus are trying to charge me an extra $ 50 for having 2dogs for only 3hours . The room was a smoking room and already smelled like mold, air conditioner leaked and didn't blow out air nor cool room off like it should have.

This was despite acknowledging and signing the terms and conditions that clearly state our pet policy: Pets must be registered at the front desk, with a fee of $20 per pet, per night, and are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. Any undisclosed pet fine will be charged.Upon checkout, our housekeeper discovered both beds covered with pet hair, which prompted a review of security footage. It clearly shows you bringing two pets into the room immediately after unlocking the door—directly violating hotel policy.Regardless of the duration the pets stayed, failing to disclose them is considered a serious breach of the agreement you signed. Due to this, your deposit $100 was forfeited, and the additional fee was applied for the extra cleaning required which you didn't pay.As for your other concerns, had they been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have promptly addressed them. We take guest comfort seriously and are always ready to assist—provided guests communicate honestly and respectfully.We maintain strict policies to ensure a clean, safe, and fair environment for all guests, and we appreciate your understanding.
