I tried unsuccessfully to cancel this reservation through ******* and at the Comfort Inn itself. Basically ******* put the blame on Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn put the blame on *******. I made this reservation for my son Donald who sustained an accident a week ago fracturing two vertebra is back and made it impossible for him to come for Thanksgiving.

Breakfast was really good. Not your typical muffins, etc. Staff are friendly, room was nice and large and bed was comfortable.

Front desk attendant was very sweet, even at 1 am when we finally arrived. We went up to our room and it was super clean with plenty of linens and towels and soaps. One of my children got sick in the middle of the night so I called the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies and an extra blanket. She got everything together for me to come pick up at the front desk and hoped for my son to feel better. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with tons of options and was refilled multiple times while we were sitting in the cafe. Definitely going to stop here again on our way back home!

Yes breakfast was just fine. Coffee bar was not very plentiful but was hot once the pots were replaced with new.

The staff was friendly enough, breakfast was fine, the rooms were a bit “stuffy” could of used more fresh air in the rooms, but the worst part by far was after 4 days of staying in the same room with 2 queen sized beds…I got bed bug bites all over the lower parts of my legs and a few over other places on my body… quite disgusting and disappointing… especially for paying the $120-$160 on weekends) …you wouldn’t expect such uncleanliness and lack of care for customers

In the cracks etc. the cushions definitely need to be replaced. They ran out of coffee. It was almost 30minutes before another man came in to make more. Overall it was a very good staff
