clean and quiet, our only issue was the people in the that was driving the u-haul with their car on a trailer on the back of it, decided it was a good idea to take up half of the back row of parking spots facing the rooms, causing most of us to have to park in the very back and walk a mile from outlet car to our room, i figured after the first night of this, management would have said something and it would have been taken care of, however we just came in and the u-haul had not been moved at all so i am guessing that nothing was said, anyway, other than that, it was nice, quiet and clean

The room had a horrible moldy mildew smell it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom had wall patches done that were not primed or painted. Would not stay there again

Upon awakening the first morning, my wife found a brown recluse spider in the sink. My wife killed it and physically took it to the front desk. She positively ID'd it prior to doing so. Upon approaching the front desk staff in hopes of possible concern, they just dismissed her. Secondly, the same morning as she stepped out side, my wife witnessed a male cleaning staff member pull a receipt from a trash bag that had been removed from an adjacent room and then placed the receipt into his wallet. She engaged another female staff member that spoke broken english, she stated it was her husband. My wife told her what she witnessed. Another female member stated they were not employees but merely searching for aluminum cans. My wife then returned to the front desk about this matter and was once again dismissed. We do not feel they are truly concerned about your personal property while staying there. Beware of leaving receipts in the rooms or trash bags.
