Overall stay was awful . To be exact: Mould and dirt on areas such as within the fridge interior and do not disturb card , as well as in the shower/bathroom. - the fridge was broken during our time here and when we tried to find someone to help at reception no one ever seemed to be there . Any time we did manage to find a person they would say to come back after 2pm and then nobody would be there. - unclean taps in both bathroom and living area - lack of ventilation , to the point there was an awful smell and my partner and I ended up being unwell. - lots of noise issues, however whenever attempted to call reception, no one picked up. - lack of any visible members of staff , anywhere to the point we couldn’t report any of the issues. We had to relocate to another hotel 4 days in and it ruined the majority of our holiday. We tried to find someone when we left to check out and explain the situation however we still couldn’t find a member of staff and I had to email and explain the situation. I was simply told that there was someone at reception (which was incorrect ) and we should have reported this. Overall really disappointed in this hotel as it really ruined our holiday and Kos for us . I wouldn’t recommend staying here .

Most importantly, we wish to emphasize that our reception operates 24 hours a day, with staff available around the clock to assist guests with any issues. Our call logs and front desk records show no missed or unanswered calls from your room, nor any requests for assistance that would indicate difficulty in reaching our team. Similarly, no complaints were received regarding ventilation, odours, or noise disturbances—neither from your room nor from nearby guests—during the same period. Claims regarding the absence of staff or lack of support are not consistent with the service records and staffing rosters of our fully staffed 24-hour reception. We regret that you did not raise these concerns while on site, which would have allowed us to address any genuine issue immediately, as we always strive to do. Unfortunately, retrospective complaints that are not supported by the factual records of your stay limit our ability to verify or take corrective action. Husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week. We've had a very pleasant experience. The pool and shared terrace were a delight when coming back from exploring the island of Kos. The beds and pillows were great and we enjoyed having the kitchenette in our room. That feature combined with the small balcony adjacent to our room made our appartment feel rather spacious for a hotel. The main public coming to this hotel comes for rest and relaxation, which matched what we were looking for as well. Very kind owner(s) and staff, if we would come to Kos again we'd definitely book here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in a refurbished twin room with balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well presented. The pool area was excellent and well maintained. A buffet breakfast was included in our room rate and the choice of breakfast options was superb, including sliced meat and cheese, various bread options, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea, coffee and preserves. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking at the hotel for cars and bicycle hire is available. Its about a 30 minute walk to Dolphin Square and the centre of Kos town and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes of walking. All in all, this is an excellent hotel and I'd certainly go back again.

We were hoping for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and that’s exactly what we got. Lovely clean hotel, good size room, comfortable beds, great air con. Friendly staff. Pool excellent, plenty sunbeds. 5 min walk to supermarkets, 10 min walk to Lambi beach with lots of lovely beach bars. 20 min walk into kos town with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants on the way if you don’t want to walk into the centre every day. Bike hire available locally but we didn’t mind the walk. Very tranquil. Would recommend especially if you’re looking for a quiet, chilled hotel but with everything within walking distance if you want it. Kos is a lovely place to visit!
