The Room was not clean, and the room maintenance was pretty low .
not enough towels and toilet paper was at the end of it .

Shower took 5-10 to warm up to get hot water out of it. The refrigerator had no freezer section which is extremely important for me since I need my ice pack frozen to travel with my medication to keep medicine cold

My stay was fine, just no elevator. I am a senior and had to carry bags up to the room. Also the room with the ice machine looked filthy.

订这个酒店，就是因为这里距离伦敦桥很近，想方便一些，但是，真的没有想到是那么近，出了酒店门还没走就到了；
抱歉，这是住的另一个酒店，距离伦敦桥有些距离！房间很大、交通也方便！
因为棒球锦标赛不得不住在这儿。除非万不得已，否则别住这儿。
房间有股猫尿味，我明明预订了无障碍客房，却没给我。浴室里的熨衣板上都是污渍，整个房间都感觉脏兮兮的。马路上的噪音特别大，吵得我睡不着觉。
看到之前的好评，我真是太失望了。
我正在尝试取消在这里的下一次预订。
唯一的好处是前台的那位女士人非常好，但这弥补不了房间的质量问题。😕
服务太差，令人恶心，臭虫很脏，是无家可归者的地方，不值得我付的钱，早餐太差，而且他们不提供客房服务，除非你要求，而且他们做得不好，这家酒店的体验非常糟糕
哈瓦苏湖性价比第一
去年我第二次入住这家酒店。如果房间多，又想吃早餐，住前台附近比较方便。有1层到3层，但2层与停车场同高，所以本质上是B1F到2F。
