Sharon at the front desk made our stay a memorable one from the moment we walked into the lobby. Her welcoming personality, excellent customer service and determination to go the extra mile is impeccable. We even had the opportunity to chat with her husband for a little bit which put the icing on the cake. The property in itself was pleasant, but having the air conditioning unit on when the guests arrive in the hotel room could add that extra ambiance to make the first impression of the hotel room a bit more positive. The inconvenience of waiting for the room to cool down and get rid of the damp, musty smell did put a bit of a damper on the first impression experience. Additionally the walls in the hotel are paper thin and does not leave room for a general conversation above a normal conversation tone. The property in itself appears to be modern, the amenities are quite nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and extremely convenient to the outlet, convenience stores, Walmart etc. All of the essentials of day-to-day life are less than a minute or two away. Overall, great hotel, great location & phenomenal evening staff.
早餐就是酒店免费早餐的典型水准。如果能再提升一个档次，我就会给酒店打满分了。
我们刚到的时候，他们试图把我们安排到一间只能睡四个人的ADA房间，尽管我们预订的是六人间。
我们要求多加枕头，因为折叠床没有枕头，但他们只能给我们两个枕头，而不是我们要求的三个。
最糟糕的是早餐。早餐要到上午10点才结束，而我们9点03分才到。他们已经关掉了制作新鲜煎饼的煎饼机。他们还送来了新鲜的饼干，但没有肉汁。10分钟后，我们要求上肉汁时，女服务员说厨师不会再做了，因为早餐快结束了。当时是上午9点15分。早餐时间还剩45分钟，大概还有20个人还在吃。
而且，从机器里出来的苹果汁、橙汁和另一种果汁实际上是温的。不是室温的，而是温的。到处都没有冰块，谁想喝热果汁呢？
总的来说，我对这家酒店非常不满意。服务很差，房间也很一般，早餐也很糟糕。我们最后还是在别处花钱吃早餐了。
智选假日酒店在各个方面都堪称完美。整家酒店内外都非常干净整洁，维护得也非常好。我遇到的每一位员工都非常热情友好，乐于助人！

我们的房间似乎没有吸尘。床边的地板上有好几片指甲屑。沙发附近还有食物碎屑。
