Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but no protein. Parking was easy but loved how close restaurants and shopping were to the hotel. The Animas River was close enough to walk to and loved hearing and seeing the train go by (close enough to enjoy, but not so close that it was loud and disruptive).

The hotel room was outdated. The carpeted baseboards were coming off in the carpet felt sticky. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy.

Staff was amazing and kind! They all had a great attitudes and communication was great. I now see this location as a perfect spot for a quick/last minute weekend getaway. Definitely remembering this place next time !

The safety of the property did not concern me. The disrespectful attitude of the check in clerk ! I will never stay at any Quality Inn

Parking was easy. The heat and air conditioning worked well. The room was equipped with a phone. The phone was not functional so I looked for the phone cord as it was not plugged in. I moved a small table between the beds but did not find a cord or connection for the phone, but I did find cobwebs, an ink pin and a dirty Q-tip among some other items. I took the phone to the front desk and they replaced it the next day. We wanted a wakeup call the next morning but couldn't get it because of missing phone. There was an alarm clock so we used that.
The walls must be paper thin as we could hear the people in the room next to us talkin even at a normal level. Kids were noisy!
