Was right where I needed it, when I needed it room was as expected and clean and comfortable. Ead nice to be greeted with a person with a good sense of humor after a long day on the road. Keep up the good work and thank you for s good experience

I had stayed here before in April. It was nothing like this. We arrived late and checked in. I go to the room and can't open the door. The door is warped. So I shoulder butt the door and it opens. When I close the door the inside handle falls off. As we walk around the room I see the ceiling falling, the floors are nasty. There is even condiments like taco sauce and ranch behind the night stand. Oh and the night stand drawers wont close. The microwave had melted cheese in the carousel. Even the ice bucket, tray and kleenex holder are dirty. At least the bed was clean. I would have moved rooms, but it was late and none available. The next morning we were loading up to leave and can't get out of the room. The inside handle would no longer open and we were stuck. Luckily my wife was able to pry the door open.. When she opened the curtains...there were flies smashed on the windows. And there were chairs and furniture outside and some people sleeping. I went to check out and showed the front desk the pics in this review. She apologized gander gave me $30 off...I called Choice Hotels yesterday and they now have the info. Be safe and pay close attention where you stay...Never again.
