The hot water barely lasted 5 minutes. There were no markings to turn the heater on accurately so it didn’t seem to work. The only breakfast option was waffles and the coffee tasted stale at 7:00 in the morning. I asked for a no smoking room but when I walked in the room reeked of smoke or something. I was in a room right along the highway so the noise was constant all night long. Also the phone in the room did not even work to call the front desk.

Staff was fine, location was decent. The issue was the state of the room. Couldn’t get the wifi to work properly, and roaches were roaming throughout the room. Every hour I had to kill roaches

This place was clean enough. Pretty outdated. Cover on bed was dated green, the blanket under had cigarette burns.
It was just a hotel to stay in the night before our flight so we were okay with it. You could hear fighting through the vents and traffic outside. Not the safest place if you have a long stay.

I checked into this hotel last night and was bitten by bedbugs. I reported it to the front desk this morning and left photos of the evidence, the dead bedbugs, and a message for the manager. My skin is still red, swollen, and itchy. The hotel has yet to offer any explanation.
