这么说吧,要不是海滩,这家度假村的评分肯定是负0分。它状况太糟糕了,需要拆掉重建。它又脏又破。淋浴和洗手池里的水闻起来像下水道水。食物每天都一样,而且选择很少。度假村唯一的亮点就是海滩和庭院。这里的蚊子太多了。这不是度假村的错,但他们应该为客人喷洒一些驱蚊剂,或者提供一些驱蚊剂。所以我强烈建议大家带上一些。可惜的是,我再也不会住这家度假村了,除非他们翻新一下。

海滩很干净,全天都摆放着许多椅子,棕榈树成荫——清洁人员清晨清理了少量的马尾藻。
海滩酒吧全天开放,服务小姐彬彬有礼,不知疲倦。
Fuji 餐厅非常棒——最棒的体验,厨师用日式铁板烧烹饪,技艺精湛。
酒店很干净。我们住的是高级套房,所以位置和房间都比较好。自助餐的食物低于平均水平,温度最多也就室温。而且,意大利餐厅的菜品也很糟糕。千层面是双层的,主要都是芝士酱。除了菜单上这么叫之外,我根本不知道这是千层面。我习惯吃七层、略带硬块的千层面。这个千层面软塌塌的。我点了T骨牛排,很薄,只有1/4英寸厚,很硬。我没吃完。日式餐厅也不错,他们的表演也很棒。小型高级套房的食物和自助餐一样,只是选择少了点,但至少他们把食物保温了。另外:高级房的客人戴着粉色手环,这是为了区别于其他客人,尤其是在高级房专属泳池边。他们也允许“会员”(购买了分时度假产品的人)去那里。这没问题。不过,会员和普通客人都戴着白色手环。会员卡上写着“First Club”,普通客人卡上写着“Allegro”,但不仔细看根本看不出来。我敢肯定高级泳池里也有一些普通客人,但你根本分不清他们。“会员”卡需要第三种颜色。
Allegro Cozumel 需要翻新一下。二楼房间的天花板像个带网的小屋,下雨的时候,房间里也会下雨。虽然房间已经搬到了地面层,但房间里还是会爬进蚂蚁和其他虫子。食物难吃,晚餐预订政策简直荒谬。我给这家 Allegro Cozumel 打两分(满分 10 分)!
地方不错……仅此而已!员工和服务很差。即使我要求,也没有手巾。食物总是冷的。接待员和调酒师只是站在那里等服务,根本不理会你。
