We had shift Certificate and no one knew how to use it until a manager finally was on staff and directed staff how to use. It was a frustrating experience.

This is an old not in a cute way facility, pool out of commission, tennis courts shut . Loud in side the rooms . Its only saving grace was the staff .

Room was nice and staff were very nice. However our hairdryer broke and lit up and smoked. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it got very foggy. Shower drain seemed blocked. Also housekeeping tried to open our door, without knocking, when the do not disturb sign was on the door handle.

Hotel is nice, but a little dated. No extractor fan in the bathroom. Noise insulation between rooms and corridor not fantastic.
Staff friendly, and WiFi very good.

Loved our overnight stay here. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting. Excellent dinner. Beautiful property inside and out. Lovely location on the lake in Autumn.
