Our stay was excellent! The room was spotless and wonderfully quiet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety and plenty to choose from. Great value for the price — we were very satisfied with our stay.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I stepped off the elevator, I was hit with a horrible smell — a mix of mildew, old carpet, and who knows what else. Upon entering the room, the odor from the bathroom was overwhelming, as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were visible stains on the bedding, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.

I went to the front desk for help, but instead of resolving the issue, they had me check several other rooms — all with the same problems. The staff offered no real assistance or concern. Out of sheer frustration, I ended up cleaning the room myself with supplies I went out and bought. No guest should ever have to scrub and disinfect a hotel room just to make it livable.

The entire property felt neglected — from the elevator to the hallways, and the odor lingered everywhere. We didn’t even bother eating there, because honestly, if they can’t keep the rooms clean, how can anyone trust that the kitchen utensils are being washed properly?

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for a single night. It’s clear they don’t care about cleanliness, maintenance, or guest comfort. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else

Staff was really nice. Nice size room for the money but needs good cleaning as the carpet felt dirty and the bathroom looks as if it were halfway redone. Shower head had mold.

Stayed here on our way to a resort we had booked. Proximity to St Andrews area was a priority when looking for options. Price was lower than anticipated. Pool and workout area were nice and clean. Breakfast was a plus. Room was clean and comfortable. Will consider staying here again and even longer than one night in the future.
