I liked that the staff was very helpful and curious. I will let my friends snd family on how clean your hotel is. And i liked the food. The coffee wasnt very good it was bitter.

I enjoyed a nice warm hot tub in the pool area and good hot water in the room. I enjoyed the green chile with my breakfast the first morning and was disappointed that there wasn't any on the second morning.
My GPS gave me incorrect directions both time I went. I don't know if the hotel management could be correct that or not.

We were on the second floor, in the bathroom we had water leaking above the tub.
Stayed another night, we were able to change rooms, this time we were on the third floor facing North.
The breakfast was good.
We had two room, two queen beds. We would’ve liked a conjoined rooms but they couldn’t accommodate that. So my older kids were on the second floor and my husband and I were on the third floor.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was beyond clean and bathroom was spotless and clean
Sheets , pillows and towels were clean , smelt good and wasn’t hard like most hotels
Will definitely stay here in future

Educate the front desk employees. I think maybe he was new but after a long day of driving the check in process was far longer than it should have been.
房间干净整洁，设施有点老旧基本就是美国老式酒店的标配。主要是离热气球的地方近，第二天一早就可以赶过去坐热气球比较方便
我本来是想找住处的，但计划有变，临时决定住在这里。不过，酒店前台提供了很好的服务，帮我延迟了退房时间，挽回了这次入住体验。非常感谢！
房间很棒。因为我们入住得晚，预订的房间没了，所以免费升级了。
第一个房间是有人住的。第二个房间冲马桶时，马桶里的水会流到水槽里。第三个房间闻起来像体臭。床垫下有东西，感觉像酒吧。前台很友好，乐于助人，尽力改善了服务。
