Very rude lady at the front desk. We had a miscommunication on our booking and she immediately started scolding us about how we should be gone by now, and was being very hateful and trying to argue. As someone who works in customer service, I am never EVER rude and I have never met somebody this rude, especially when we are paying (too much) to stay here. Piece of the faucet was completely broken off, the place smells, the dishes are dirty, shower head is dirty, and the bed feels like sleeping on a rock. Would have left a better review had the lady up front not been so incredibly rude. Don’t even waste your time on this place!

My stay was amazing. It had an electric stove for a quick break fast, oven, refrigerator. Maintained it neat

Budget Friendly Hotel-Room Smelled of Smoke
This is a budget friendly hotel, so I knew what I was getting into. But I didn't realize it's right on the main road, so I heard quite a bit of traffic at night. My frustration was my room smelled like smoke. The front desk worker said all the rooms are non-smoking. The hotel was full and there were no rooms to move into. It was just one night, so I was able to manage. But no one wants a room smelling like smoke. The bedsheets and pillows were less than desirable

走廊和房间都有异味。我们被安排在一间残疾人专用房间（不是我们要求的），淋浴也出了问题。马桶没有固定在地板上，马桶座也坏了。每次有人坐下，马桶座都会滑落。小厨房水槽的把手坏了。冰箱也生锈了。
酒店停车场里总是有人在白天和晚上闲逛。尽管我关了好几次门，后门总是开着。房间里没有任何洗漱用品，我不得不请前台提供。我住在残疾人房间，淋浴椅甚至放不下，它生锈了，上面长满了霉菌
好服务
我喜欢这家酒店靠近一个大型加油站，里面有你需要的一切。然而房间里的气味真的很潮湿，像霉味。但除此之外，这家酒店还不错
