Ramada by Wyndham at Alleppey was a pleasant surprise. It has a great location, great rooms and equally great service. Food is very good and staff behaviour is extremely pleasant. We also enjoyed the day ride in the house boat of Ramada. It was a wonderful experience. This hotel is value for money.

We stayed at Ramada Alleppey from September 6th (check-in) to September 7th (check-out). The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, which gave us a pleasant first impression. However, upon arrival, the reception welcome felt very cold, and we had to wait quite a long time for the room. We understood the delay since it was a busy Onam holiday with back-to-back check-ins and check-outs. The disappointing part was the welcome drink experience. Despite waiting for more than an hour, we had to remind the reception twice to provide it. The delay was difficult, especially since the kids were quite thirsty. Eventually, juice was brought to us after the second reminder. We stayed in Room 103, which was fine overall with no major complaints. In the evening, the tea and coffee session was quite busy, but the taste of both tea and coffee was excellent really top-notch. Unfortunately, the snacks ran out quickly, so not everyone could enjoy them. The breakfast buffet was decent with good quality and taste. However, the restaurant service could be more attentive and engaging with customers to create a stronger sense of genuine hospitality.

Our stay in Ramada was excellent. Food and hospitality is superb, and people are very nice here and helping. Chinchu has helped in all booking and Santik has helped to arrange the houseboat tour amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada The staff at the restaurant and hotel is warm and welcoming. We also got a chance to watch the Nehru trophy boat race practice from the hotel terrace. We would highly recommend this place for your holiday.

I stayed at ramada alleppey for 3 days my. Booking category was premium room the front office team they gave me a complimentary. Upgrade to suite with balcony the lake view was very beautiful 😊

这家酒店非常脏。一进门，我们就发现接待处的窗户很脏（布满了手印和其他污垢）。通往客房的走廊里弥漫着氨水的味道。我们房间的地板上，衣柜附近和角落里有大片黏糊糊的棕色污渍。用湿布擦拭后发现，地板到处都很脏。浴室很小，淋浴间散发着难闻的气味。毛巾和浴帘上也沾满了污渍。房间里弥漫着潮湿的气味。朋友房间的厕所更是令人作呕。酒店只有一部电梯，而且要等很久才能等到。在餐厅，我们点的餐前鸡尾酒等了20分钟才上来。椅子脏兮兮的，到处都是污渍。泳池不错，但是厨房的通风系统直接对着泳池，所以有时候游泳的时候会闻到烹饪的气味。而且过了某个时间，泳池边就没毛巾了。如果你傍晚才到，并且想用游泳池，你需要自带毛巾。在我们最近几天入住的喀拉拉邦的四家酒店中，这家是我们体验最差的一家。
