Great service, both upon check in and in the restaurant the first night. We enjoyed having a suite, king size bed and having bathrobes at our disposal. TV was great and we were able to watch a bit of the Nitto tennis tournament. We walked everywhere we had to go: Cenotaph, Avon theatre, restaurants.

Clean, spacious room/suite. The staff was pleasant and we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The one negative was the shower. The website photo showed a removable shower head, which is why I booked the room. Instead it was a very high, fixed head that provided a mediocre shower.

Best hotel I stayed at in a few years. It was quiet, the room was large with comfortable chairs for reading, nice shower. Everything I wanted to see was with a 5-15 minute walk. Staff were quite attentive.
