Jonathan as our concierge was excellent, along with everyone else working there. Amenities, pool, and entertainment were great.
Food was OK. Quality of entries at the a la carte restaurants were hit-or-miss, though the buffet was consistently good.
Room service got at least one part or order wrong every single time, and the app didnt work well.
Inspite of all that, we had a great time

The beach is awesome—no sargassum or big waves in late November 2025—and there’s lots of shade under the palm trees, plus beach activities included in the room rate. The pools are clean and warm. What a gorgeous property. I felt so connected to nature during my stay because this property is built within a mangrove. Tons of shade everywhere when you want to get out of the sun and the cutest little Coatis throughout the resort. I love that this hotel was small enough to have everything easily accessible and there was not a need for golf carts to get around like some other massive resorts. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They are so hospitable. Special shout out to Omar. He met our family right when we arrived and he was checking in throughout our stay helping with everything from reservations to beach chairs. If you get him, you’re lucky and make sure you take care of him. He works super hard. The hotel has so many activities and a beautiful kids club for the little ones. Unfortunately mine are too old to enjoy but nonetheless he had a great stay. The architecture and property is incredibly beautiful. All the restaurants are very pretty as well. If I had to pick something to complain about it it would be that the drinks can be watered down at the beach, they don’t serve food at the beach, and the Mexican restaurant Cielo was a big miss for us. I would also like to have seen the older kids be allowed in the adults only restaurants, maybe 16 years old and up. The beach was a little rocky in some areas and the water maybe not as blue as I’m used to in Mexico but that might be because of the seaweed season that just ended. We would definitely come back here

We loved this resort for kids (we travel quite a bit and this resort is one of the best we have been to for kids). The pools were all fun including the water park, pirate pool and main pool. The entertainment was perfect - they had face paint and balloon making set up in the lobby area many times for kids. The shows were at 8pm so great time for kids. The foam party in the pirate pool was also so much fun for the kids. All the staff were great with kids - bar tenders and servers would listen to kids when ordering (at other AIs we’ve been to they tend to ignore kids).
All the restaurants were really good. We didn’t have issues making reservations at any of them. Just did it early on in our trip.
Our room was great. We were upgraded to a family suite - beds were comfy, rooms were clean.
Staff all worked hard. We would definitely stay here again.

Our first time to Mexico and this resort didn't disappoint! The staff were very kind, food was great. Many different restaurants to choose from, water park for the kids and tons of pools. Great ocean/beach access as well. Highly recommend!

他们的礼宾部或探险团队推荐我们去Xcaret主题公园。门票不仅比在公园里买贵，我们还得像其他人一样排队领取手环。更糟糕的是，我们问过儿子能不能参加所有游览项目，他们说可以。结果到了之后，指示牌上写着至少6岁……真是白白浪费了350美元。
如果你有不喜欢的朋友或家人，那就推荐他们去这里。否则，千万别去，避之不及。退房的时候他们还在背后议论我，但他们不知道我懂西班牙语……
