Staff did not clean room inadequate bathroom supplies, had to purchase paper towels and toilet paper, no bath towels only hand towels only.

What do you expect for a 3 star or less hotel
I arrived.to check in and once I walked.im my room it smelled.like a hot musty heavy set construction worker ... I asked for a smoking room I received a non smoking but when I checked the bed there were cigarette burn holes on both comforter.snd under blanket .. I went to the front after taking pictures. I spoke to the front desk about the smoking room .. he told me I can smoke because no one listens ... Then I told him I wanted another blanket that's not burned he had me follow him to the laundry room ( creepy ) I noticed baby roaches running around .. I didn't think nothing of it until I went to the bathroom 30 minutes later and saw a huge dead roach in the bathroom. The toilet.was leaking water as well.

I just needed a place to sleep after being released from the ER near by. The room smelled like smoke and was run down. I will say the sheets were clean. But will not stay again

We got there the rooms smell bad this is an extended stay hotel. People that stay there started yelling at us to get out of the parking space because they love there. There is a ***** club next door that didn’t bother me as much as the people that live there yelling at us about a parking spot. I asked the owner to refund me and he stated that it was processed and that he wasn’t aloud to give me proof of the cancelation. He then wanted to charge me for a 30 minute stay when I checked in our mt bag down for dinner and came back to check out after I was also chased down stairs by 8 men. My child also felt very unsafe.
再也不会来了……脏，灯不亮，脏，有异味，脏，浴室脏得要命……还很吵，总的来说，这是我住过最差的酒店之一，如果不是最差的话。
这家酒店又脏又破。******* 上根本不应该有这样的酒店。质量太差了。
它没有可怕的维护
再也不会了！！！
最后一刻返回的房间靠近机场。
房间很普通，但是这个地方看起来不太安全。离马路很近，所以很吵。
房间隔音很差，外面没有椅子。
