The staff was super helpful and friendly! Room was clean and very large. Breakfast had lots of choices. Hot tub wasn’t hot and fitness room was in poor shape but not sure how important that is for a quick stop over during a road trip. Easy to access from highway and quiet despite being near highway.

Great place to stay and a good price. I have stayed here multiple times. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was decent.

Little older hotel but they’ve kept it up pretty well. Showers are nicely redone. Staff is really nice! This has become our must stop on our travels. Well worth the stop!

One of the BEST properties that Choice has. Properly owned and managed. Staff are very friendly to Choice Elite. Don't be fooled by this little hotel tucked away in Shamrock. One of the best. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub are good. All amenities. Good breakfast. Friendly staff that treat Choice Elite well. They also are the only hotel I have ever seen that have quiet rules posted and they enforce them. "Keep your voice down, keep your TV down, and no door slamming or leave with no refund." Wow! Well managed!

This is now our 4th stay here in Shamrock Inn & Suites. Staff is very nice, rooms are good & quiet. Decent breakfast too! We like this place! (We’ve stayed at several different hotels but this one is a must!)

Despite the surroundings being quite sparse the hotel is very clean , staff very pleasant . I would come back without hesitation
电梯门关上的声音太大，电梯口的牌子上写着“如果关门太响，您将被要求离开，且不予退款”，仿佛电梯门的问题都是顾客的错。卫生间的柜台缺了一块。电话线没有连接到电话上，我听不到电话。帮我办理入住的人很友好，但另一个工作人员（看起来像是老板）很粗鲁。我能听到他在对别人吼叫，而且他对我很不礼貌。
