When we arrived, albeit late, there was nobody at the desk. I called out-got no answer. I filled out the online form, after I had waited for at least 15 minutes, finally called the phone number. A woman came out then to answer the phone. She needed all my info that I had filled out online (name/address/phone/cc#/car, etc.)
In the room, the bed was comfortable. The toilet was making so much noise after flushing, we had to turn the water off. No plug on the cord of the bedside lamp. Easy chair was old and sweat-stained. Shower was just ok. Breakfast was meager. No fruit, no yogurt, no hot food, no waffles. Outside doors had chipped, faded paint, broken window taped over. Very disappointing.

They said there were non smoking rooms. Smoke was the first thing that greeted me at the assigned room door.

My 4yr old daughter ending up forgetting her stuffed animals there and they went above and beyond for us by saving them up and then mailing them back to me. These guys are the best and deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide!!!!

The door to our room had a hole in the bottom large enough for a mouse to crawl in. The sink had no stopper to hold the water. The bathtub water didn’t drain properly and we never could get hot water in the bathtub. The table lamp by the desk had no light bulbs in it. The floor was gritty like it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Sorry place to stay
The place was a mess, yes they were doing some repairs to it however there was no seal under the door entrance to the room and rain came in so had to use a towel to stop the water coming in over the sill. In fact the only thing good about the entire experience was it was a very comfortable bed. loud compressor on the A/C unit. No one at the front desk and had to call the number to get some one up front to check in. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.

It's a fine place to stay. They are remodeling and renovating. All was clean and staff were professional and efficient.

Ok, you get what you pay for. Even so- this place currently holds my award for worst stay I've ever had. The smell in my room, the dirtiness of the sheets, the sketchiness of the clientele....I've never slept less in a hotel. All that said, the front desk person was prompt, helpful and efficient.
