The room was very nice and clean. It was handicapped accessible, which we didn't need or request. Glenda at breakfast was very friendly, and fixed a problem with the waffle maker for me.

Friendly staff and helpfull , we spend one night here and the room we were giving was literaly falling appart door to toilet was falling off,sink broken,dirty linned,sticky floor and towels look liked they allready had been used one time.

Dirty room rude staff cause I complained
The shower was not clean dirty rags where left hanging on the shower rack and it was hair in the tub. When I went to tell the staff the woman at the desk asked told well there’s nothing I can do for you.

I needed 1 bottle of water but was told they could not give to me. The water $1 but it was 5am and I did not have my wallet on me. The clerk would not give anything unless I had cash. Also the room had a smell, the towels and wash clothes were stained from previous use and the bathroom was run down

I had to switch rooms because the jacuzzi was nasty the room was nasty had dead bugs on n the floor but switched switch rooms they didn’t give me the room I pay for was with jacuzzi at all I done argue I just took and then charge me 40$ because o booked with u guys that doesn’t say in the description

Room was lousy, bed frame broken and making noises every time you move. Was very uncomfortable and hardly slept.

There were dead cockroaches in the room. The floor wasn’t swept I had to wear shoes all the time. I also had to ***** the pillows because they were dirty. Whether walking or sleeping there was a constant squeaking noise which made my stay uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk upon checking out.
房间很干净，连卫生间也很干净。前台服务人员友善有礼。有两个问题：一是马桶堵塞，第一次冲水就溢水了。我入住时间比较晚，也理解当时没有人值班修理，但他们没有给我换房间，而是给了我一个马桶搋子。我修好马桶后又回去拿了毛巾和拖把，然后把搋子拿回来。第二个问题是房间里的咖啡壶水箱内部很脏，我清洗了一遍，用清水冲洗了七八次，每次都有杂质流出来，最后我放弃了。我当然不希望为了房间而费力，也不希望睡前不能喝杯茶放松一下，但世事难料。我睡得还不错，所以也不算太糟糕。毕竟，我付钱住房间是为了休息。我的确休息好了，但也是费了一番功夫。
非常非常脏。满是灰尘。地板看起来好像很久没用过清洁剂了。床垫急需更换。非常不舒服。毛巾很脏。淋浴间的孔洞表面结满了水垢。早餐非常简单。我住过同一家连锁酒店的其他酒店，它们比这里好得多。再也不来了！
