I’ve had a great stay at Suburban Studios in Berwick, LA. The location is very convenient, and it’s honestly one of the best values for the money in the area. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and practical for both short and extended stays. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Kia, Keisha, Corey, and Nyla have all been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of, which makes a big difference.

Has been a pleasant stay thus far the house keeping Has been top rate very friendly and prompt service with any thing needed as far as towels linens and such could add a couple of chairs or benches at the front and rear exits since it's a no smoking inside of the building somewhere to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a cigarette without having to sit on the curb or ground

Staff was knowledgeable & very kind. My family & I normally go to the campground. However, we enjoyed our stay here tremendously! Definitely will be back.

I have had a better stay in a different room
Staff was amazing. Hot water did not work well in the shower or tub. Was there mostly to sleep but after a long day a hot shower would have been great. Cobwebs to be expected but for this kind of hotel, I'd expect less of them.

Terrible experience and definitely not what expected, found loads of hair between the mattress and box spring. A hair ball on the floor behind the toilet. The cover for the light socket behind the bed was missing. No staff at front desk a night or in the morning until after 9:30-10am. It’s MOST definitely not what is shown in the pictures. I even called hotels. Com and complained. The rugs walking down the halls were VERY stained not all the way down and stapled to the floor.

Good stay with no night or morning desk clerk.
The hotel and room was clean and fresh. After 9:30pm there was no one at the front desk. The iron in the room did not work, and the toilet made a loud noise when you flush it. When I checked out the next morning at 6:am, there was no one at the front desk. I had to put my key cards in a drop box.

the first floor had a really bad odor, the room i was given had not been cleaned, the second room i was given the key did not work so i had to go get them redone. will not stay again

This is the place to be! The staff treated my family & I very well. Anything we needed, they did their best to assist. We were actually going to stay in Morgan City, but they had no rooms! If your ever in the area & need a great place to rest, stop in here. We had a great time! The pillows are the fullest I've ever felt!!! lol
