Clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, quiet, our room looked out to the woods which was nice, and it had wall thermostat, no noisy heater!

We have been coming to West Jefferson for several years now and always enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Very convenient location and amenities are what we need. Always clean and breakfast is good with healthy options like yogurt and fruit. Coffee service area is very nice to have too !

Althought this is an older-style property it clearly has been kept up - everything was in perfect order and clean and bright.

After several calls regarding my delayed travel, the wrong credit card was not only charged but, I paid $278 for 1 night! I have not received a partial refund as told.

Easy check-in, clean, comfortable beds. Great coffee in lobby.
Excellent breakfasts varieties.

When we arrived, the room was on second floor. They changed to top floor for us.

This property has the most convenient location in West Jefferson. The staff is courteous and professional, and the free breakfast is good.

TThe customer service was terrible. We had an issue with the bathroom, and the front desk never answered the call. I went down to see what was going on and found the front desk clerk on his cell phone (not on a call) and ignoring the call. When I asked if he heard me calling, he said, "I thought I heard the phone ring"! What??? Additionally, the front desk clerk did not offer us water and stated, "We don't offer water at night, only for breakfast." Fine, but the vending machines are also out of water. Ingle's is down the street if you have to know! This one is on my list not to use again.
