全世界最差的酒店!住这个酒店要做好有食品卫生导致生命危险的准备!我们一行10人在大红花酒店日料餐厅用餐。餐后大约三个小时,噩梦开始了——我们两个大人和一位儿童陆续出现剧烈的呕吐和腹泻。因为孩子症状特别严重,我们赶紧前往附近的医院,结果医生确诊为****,并要求必须住院治疗。
看着孩子在医院里上吐下泻,小脸蜡黄,难受得一直哭,我们作为家长心都碎了。整晚都在跑厕所、输液,大人小孩都被折腾得精疲力尽,好好的假期彻底被毁,还花费了高额的医药费。
然而,最让我们寒心的是酒店方的态度。从孩子住院到我们现在出院,这么长时间过去了,酒店没有任何一个人联系我们询问情况,更没有一句道歉。这种出了人命关天的大事(****)却选择漠视和逃避责任的态度,实在让人愤怒和失望!
我们花钱来度假是为了享受,不是来把家人送进医院的。对于这种拿顾客食品安全当儿戏,事后又毫无担当的酒店,我只能用我的亲身经历告诉大家:为了你和家人的健康,请务必远离这家不负责任的餐厅!

极其糟糕的财务安全体验:贵重财物在餐厅“神秘失踪”,酒店毫无作为
如果你认为在大红花支付的高昂房费能换来哪怕一点点的安全感和服务尊严,那你大错特错了。
1. 管理漏洞与财务丢失:
我在酒店餐厅用餐时将耳机遗忘在座位上。发现后第一时间返回寻问,餐厅职员给出的反馈极其敷衍。一个号称高端的度假酒店,在公共用餐区域竟然对客人的遗失物没有任何有效的监管和记录流程。
2. 安保响应形同虚设:
当我要求调取监控或寻求更深层的协助时,管理层表现出的推诿和冷漠令人心寒。在他们的逻辑里,客人的损失只是“运气不好”,而并非他们的管理缺失。这种对客人财物安全的极度漠视,说明其内部管理存在巨大的灰色地带。
3. 质价极度不符:
结合这次丢东西的经历,再看酒店的现状:设施维护已经明显跟不上(水池清洁度存疑、家具陈旧),所谓的“大红花”景观掩盖不了其内部服务流程的混乱。如果你不想在度假时不仅要忍受二流的硬件,还要时刻担心自己的财物在众目睽睽下消失,请避雷。
结论: 这是一家只有空壳、没有灵魂,且缺乏基本诚信底线的酒店。不要被照片欺骗,这里对客人的尊重程度几乎为零。

卫生:亲子出游卫生真的很差,房间的泳池不知道多久没有换过水了,很浑浊,被子枕头感觉也是湿答答的,房间地板很脏,光脚都黑了,总体的卫生真的很差
环境:环境来说也是挺好的,海景沙滩都很好
服务:服务也是不错的
这海不如去三亚,沙子稍微细一点,其他没有区别,床单比较干净,我体质对灰尘比较敏感,如果脏的话,我会觉得痒。全程没有中文服务,大红花和华人没有关系,海上项目70马币到180马币之间,水上别墅靠酒店这块毫无隐私可言,并且远离城市,机场过来打车要120马币左右,不太推荐和马代的4星岛都没法比,
距离机场大约一小时车程,酒店位置比较偏远。但度假村内设施齐全,足不出户就能满足所有需求。如果是家庭出游或者情侣度假,想找个地方好好放松,那这里绝对是您的不二之选,赶紧出发吧!
身在家乡,心却仍留在丽世酒店(Lexis Hibiscus),太想念在那里的一切了!我们在丽世酒店的体验从头到尾都非常棒。入住手续办理得很顺利,别墅维护得很好,俯瞰大海的私人泳池营造了一种难忘的氛围。工作人员竭尽全力确保我们住得舒适,早餐的选择也非常棒。强烈推荐给寻求奢华度假体验的家庭和情侣。我一定会一再光顾的!
非常出片很漂亮姐妹很喜欢
床还好吧!给安排的房间位置很不好,明明大多数房间都是空闲的,非给我们安排内侧,而且临施工一面,白天打桩声音很大。酒店基本上没有娱乐设施,只能在房间里发呆,周边什么都没有,想出去要租自行车,很贵按照30分钟一个单位计算,比打车还贵!总体体验完全未达到预期。不建议特意过来!
