I didn’t have any issues with the staff themselves, but the beds were awful—hard and squeaky. We also discovered roaches in our room, which we didn’t notice until 11:30 p.m. When I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and asked about a discount, I was told it was up to the manager and that I needed to send an email. I’ve emailed, but I’m still waiting for a response. The front desk staff didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience; they simply said, “I’ll leave a note for the manager,” which made it seem like this wasn’t the first time they had heard of an issue like this.

位置还可以，离城堡和flager college 大概一刻钟步行路程，环境还比较安静，性价比可以的
我不喜欢有人在我房间门口吹落叶，那种有毒的烟味都飘进我房间了……太不安全了。
很棒的住宿地点。员工非常乐于助人。如果施工完成了会更好。
房间很普通，但打扫得很干净。没有什么特别之处，但步行就能到大部分地方。
价格合理
说实话，这家酒店的好程度让我很惊喜。房间干净宽敞，床单洁白挺括，毛巾又白又厚实，地理位置优越，步行即可轻松到达市中心。
