BEAUTIFUL hotel and property. This resort could not be better placed in Telluride. The views, the activities and the restaurants are top notch. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to help you. We have traveled to this Fairmont 5 times and can’t wait to come back.

check in was quick and valet were friendly. there was no wait ever when we needed our vehicle.
the pillows were really weak, but the beds were comfy.
the steam room was out of service and when one pays close to a grand nightly and counts on all amenities to be operational and usable, it’s really frustrating when they aren’t. we asked for some essential oils so that we could use them in our stream shower, since we couldn’t use the hotel steam room, but they were not accommodating in the least, & offered to sell some to us. how cheap! it demonstrates how little customer service matters to them.
the outdoor hot tub was never above 100, which is also disappointing. especially when it’s really cold out. hot tubs should be at 102-106. we mentioned this, and asked them to turn the temp up, but were told they’d let engineering know, but i doubt they did, bc it takes little time to heat up a few degrees & it was 99 degrees the next time we went to enjoy it.
due to the fact that the establishment didn’t value us as guests, we would certainly stay elsewhere in the future.

The indoor outdoor pool was really nice and being close to the Gondola was great. The room was very clean and very nice. The bed was really comfortable.

Everything about the place was great, but I did miss having air conditioning.
The area offers a wide variety of food options suitable for all age groups. They even have an oxygen bar available, which can be helpful if you experience any breathing difficulties due to the high altitude. The scenic beauty here is simply unbeatable!

这是特柳赖德镇外山村的一处绝佳住宿地点。两卧室套房非常出色，有足够的空间、设施齐全的厨房和漂亮的阳台，可以放松身心并欣赏该地区的美丽景色（尤其是十月初，白杨树不断变化！） 服务是一流的，每个人关注您的需求。酒店内设有健身房和餐厅，还有充足的空间可供探索。酒店也非常安静（至少我们来的时候），我觉得非常放松。如果您在该地区，我强烈推荐这家费尔蒙酒店。
这是山村的绝佳位置。我们的三间卧室很大，游泳池和游戏室是很棒的活动场所。该旅馆需要更新并显示其年龄。现场没有食物，也没有客房服务，而我们会在滑雪后或出发前使用这些服务。
工作人员非常友好，消息灵通，并且总是愿意提供帮助。他们是记住你名字的大师。滑雪的位置和便利性在山村是无与伦比的。山村的经典小屋。
