酒店回复: Hi Patrick,Thank you for your review and I would like to answer your points in order that you wrote them:- Our apartments are self catering apartments and we provide a starter pack of amenities for guests, but after this, as per all our literature on the booking websites, guests supply their own. We will always provide more soaps free of charge, shampoos etc from our reception if guests request them.- You are correct, we doing not do a daily service but will provide a mid stay service for longer stays, however your stay was 4 days. Again we are a self catering apartment.- Our reception is open from 8.30am until 5pm daily, however there are occasions that the person working in reception may need to be away attending to guests needs and we will close the reception - we leave a sign with a contact number and we are normally only away for about 10 minutes at a time.- We do not charge for extra towels.- On departure we do request our guests to leave the apartment in a tidy condition, put the dishwasher on and take any rubbish to the main rubbish room.- IMPORTANTLY, the apartment was left in a VERY untidy state and demonstrated that you did not take care of our of the apartment. Items in the apartment were broken.- These guests have been "blacklisted" and are not welcome back to Allegra in the future.

Stylish and clean
Beautiful apartment. Stylish and had everything we needed for a short stay. Reception staff were fabulous, lots of information about the property and the pool was beautiful and clean. Wish it had a spa though.
There are private spa apartments you can book.
Great security for your car and free designated parking.
Overall really great property on the beachfront and nice walk to shops.

花了一大笔钱，在两居室公寓住了4晚，指望着能提供5天的清洁用品。结果却不行……我第三天要求换一条干净的毛巾，结果他们却要收我们3美元。他们根本不打扫房间，也不提供任何服务。房间里的清洁用品根本不够5天用。下午2点我去前台要卫生纸，结果那里空无一人。前台有电话可以打，但没人接。然后他们还要求你在离开前打扫干净公寓。我们正忙着在退房前打扫房间，他们竟然在上午10:30打电话催我们退房。如果他们要收这么多钱，这家酒店真的需要提供足够的清洁用品和服务。真不满意。

一次令人遗憾的住宿
问题虽小，但数不胜数，最终导致这次入住体验相当不愉快。所有餐具都很脏（本来想住公寓房间，但后来发现根本没法做饭），浴缸表面剥落、有缺口，根本没法用（预订房间的原因之一就是为了用浴缸），淋浴龙头的手柄坏了，淋浴间的地板很脏，我们入住期间还安排了空调检查，更糟糕的是，客房服务人员早上未经通知就闯进了房间。
工作人员都很友善，善解人意，以上问题都已告知工作人员。
非常好
入住体验非常愉快，靠近海滩，一切都很方便。庭院水疗中心很棒。公寓宽敞，设施齐全。孩子们度过了一个愉快的假期。
