We had to be in Oxfordshire for the funeral of a very special friend and came across the Red Lion in our search for accommodation for a couple of days.
Our experience was excellent - the room was fine and very comfortable and the kitchen provided excellent menus. But the main comment is how brilliant your staff were - they made our visit so much more agreeable than it might have been.

a nice comfortable pub with clean rooms, hot water, great shower and good food. Not forgetting pleasant staff that made me feel welcome.
