The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous. Absolutely wonderful stay.

Fab hotel with really friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing - plenty of choice. An old building with wonky floors, which can’t be helped. Really comfy bed and good shower. WiFi could do with an upgrade as it’s a little slow and the rooms could do with a few minor paint touch ups but overall great value for money.

Had a great one night stay. Staff were all great and the room was a decent size and comfy.
Only thing I would improve is the light in the bathroom. It was quite dark and could do with a brighter bulb!

我们住得很愉快，浴室需要翻新一下，但房间一尘不染。工作人员非常友好热情。我们很喜欢早餐，选择丰富，晚餐也很棒。地理位置优越，停车也很方便。如果下次再来这里，我还会再来的。
风格独特，典型的英式古风。房间虽然不大，但却非常安静舒适。工作人员，尤其是餐厅的女服务员，都非常友好，服务周到。
我们很享受用餐，而且位置也非常适合我们。
唯独早餐挽救了这家酒店一星的评级。
在我经历了一场只能用“最怪异”来形容的入住体验之后，接待员竟然和我前面一位正在办理入住的客人说了十多分钟，把每个细节都一五一十地讲，仿佛在和自己比赛，看谁能说得完。最后，我直截了当地告诉她，我不需要再听一遍，才拿到了21号房间的钥匙。
这间房间位于两层破旧的楼梯顶端，不适合老年人和体格不健全的人入住。最初的印象还不错，直到我看到浴室的状况和气味。淋浴间坏了，也没有暖气，这间老旧的小房间配不上布莱克浦的一家宾馆，更不用说一家三星级酒店了。
更令人担忧的是缺乏消防安全合规性，而消防安全在这样的建筑中至关重要。有些门的防火门缝隙很大，手伸得进去，如果在火灾中待在里面简直难以接受。从楼梯出去几乎是不可能的。
值得一提的是，一楼的酒吧和用餐区确实很不错，早餐服务也很棒，价格也很合理。
可惜的是，入住手续太糟糕，卫生间也太差劲了。
这个地方很旧，有点破败。而且很臭。双人床很小。早餐等了45分钟才送来，而且送来的时候已经凉了。服务很差。没有橙汁。
班伯里的幸福之地
Cropredy 节期间我们在班伯里最喜欢的酒店。位于市中心，拥有风景如画的建筑。
