Upon checking into our room, one of the double beds was broken, and there were only enough towels for two people. I had reserved the room for four adults, and when I requested a different room, the woman at the front desk, said that the rooms were only meant for two adult adults and two children. I explained to her that when I booked through Orbitz that it specified for adults. She then gave me another room that wasn’t in quite as bad of shape and at least it had adequate bathroom linens for four people. Everything there is worn out, down to the door hardware. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else!

The room was tattered and dirty. The breakfast was minimal poor quality hotel breakfast. I didn’t expect much from a Quality Inn but this hotel didn’t even meet that expectation.

Unpleasant stay
The room was terrible. We had to take the back off the toilet to flush it. There was a piece of iron rod sticking from under the bed. I didn't see it and ran into it and hurt my ankel. The tub was old and dengy. My blanket was torn, and the toilet had a nasty ring around it. When I went to bed something bit my leg.

Not the place to stay
When we walked into the room, it was set for 61 degrees. The floor seemed wet to walk on. The bathtub fraucet leaks, there was no bracket to put across the door. When walking down the hall, I notuced the one of the rooms looked liked it had condensation building on the top of the door frame. For breakfast - the coffee was cold, the waffle batter was runny, the grape juice was okay. The back door to go in and out does not lock so anyone can walk into the hotel.

Room was gross. Stains on bedding,room and hotel smelled really bad and broken lock on room door so couldn't even be safe. Pillow and blankets smelled ao bad i chexked out after a few hours. I couldnt sleep.
