This hotel is a hidden gem! The building itself seems older, but the lobby is beautiful and the hallways were clean. We found two dead bugs in our room, but it was otherwise clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very warm and courteous and the breakfast was fantastic! There’s a regular continental breakfast as well as eggs, pancakes, hash browns and toast available cooked to order for you! I had hoped to use the pool, hot tub and sauna, but didn’t have time on this trip. I will have to save that for the next stay. Great job exceeding expectations, Quality Inn!!

The cooked was really good…. And quick. Lots of good options to eat. Hot tub and pool are great for relaxing.

Rooms are great, but need a little TLC here and there…. Somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable.

I will stay here again.

Housekeeping stole our clothes. We called two hours after checkout when we realized we had forgotten a few items. We never received a call back. Luckily we knew we would be back in town, so we stopped by. Turns out no one ever checked our room to see if anything was left and our clothes were "never found".

Absolutely Unacceptable — A Complete Violation of Privacy and Safety ★☆☆☆☆

Our stay at this hotel was one of the most unsettling travel experiences we’ve ever had. Hotel staff entered our room twice without knocking — both times while we were inside — despite us clearly stating that we were booked until Sunday morning.

Then, after being away for the afternoon, an entirely new family was checked into our room and walked in on us while we were changing for dinner. Yes, you read that correctly — strangers were given keys to our occupied room.

When I went to the front desk to address this, the staff simply brushed it off. I explained the situation, asked them to confirm our reservation, and requested a call back to clarify what happened. No one ever called us. No apology, no accountability, nothing.

At that point, we no longer felt safe staying in the hotel. We checked out immediately and found somewhere else — because once your room is treated like an open door, there’s no reason to believe your belongings or personal safety are secure.

Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unsafe. If you value your privacy or even basic hotel standards, stay far away from this place.

Room was a good size, bed comfortable, and area was quiet. Lack of information on local restaurants/attractions. One side of bed had no night stand and very little space to maneuver between the bed, wall, and ac/heater.

We stayed in the King suite surprised at the price being affordable. It's because the train runs very nearby the bedroom. It personally didn't bother us at all but I can see how it could bug others. It's a great room, very clean, very comfortable. It's a very spread out hotel but has lots of disabled entrances though the hallways are a bit small. Staff wasn't overly kind but weren't rude.

To get hot breakfast protein you need to go to the front desk and get vouchers and it's only 2 per person who goes up to the front desk. Not a great situation especially if you don't know about it before hand.

The pool is great. Spa as well. But I suggest bringing your own towels down because twice my spouse called the front desk for towels for my kid and I and they only brought them once and only 5 which were immediately grabbed by a family of 5. My spouse brought towels down to us from our room.
