打车进出的要看清上下车地点,别选桥下。其他酒店各方面都不错,给了高楼层房间。早餐也不错。楼顶酒吧可以坐坐,视野不错。
这家酒店确实有一些优点:鸡尾酒很棒,员工普遍友好,而且地理位置对于探索城市来说相当便利(尽管离火车和地铁站较远)。可惜的是,优点也就到此为止了。
对于一家高端酒店来说,细节方面做得太差了。
找停车场简直是噩梦:它在一个错层,比大堂低两层,甚至还有不同的地址。对于不熟悉这个区域的人来说,这完全是一次令人困惑和紧张的经历。如果能在预订确认信中提供清晰的指引或停车场的地址,就能为住客省去很多麻烦。
房间不隔音,如果你不幸住到靠近电梯的房间,那就准备好度过一个充满噪音、睡不安稳的夜晚吧。我房间的视野也很糟糕,正对着别人的阳台,这意味着为了隐私,百叶窗必须一直拉着。
然后是Wi-Fi,比蜗牛冬天过水坑还慢。我向服务台反映了,但问题没有得到解决。如果你打算做任何在线工作,哪怕是简单的编辑照片,也得多预留几个小时。
总的来说,虽然员工和鸡尾酒可能会稍微提升体验,但众多的实际问题让这家酒店难以推荐。
喜欢酒店的设计,洗漱用品也很齐全。一切都很棒!
很温馨,非常干净,早餐特别棒
这个酒店房间非常大,我们三个人,一张大床加一张小床。卫生间还有沙发~ 位置也很好。就是夜床服务只有第一天晚上有,要水也没给。
设施:一进门就有一个非常好玩的小电梯,大家来了一定要试一下。
卫生:打扫得非常好,很干净。
环境:距离自由大道的Lv步行10分钟左右,步行20分钟可以到升降机,30分钟内就可以到到海边。基本上可以靠步行就可以把市中心逛完了。旁边2分钟的位置有便利店和药店。
服务:服务给赞,最后一天不小心弄脏了床单,给前台的小哥说了以后询问需要赔偿多少钱,他说,不用担心,这不是什么问题,最后还安慰了我说,一切都OK的。最后我们去便利店买了东西送给他们表示感谢。很暖心,下次去了里斯本还会选择这里。早餐也不错。推荐大家点他们的皇家蛋,绝绝子,一口一个,超级好吃。
对了,来了一定要出海看落日,绝了。氛围感无敌!
选择的时间建议4:30-6:30,可以看到完整的落日。
酒店就在自由大道庞巴尔侯爵雕像环岛边一条路上,酒店出来环岛左转就是名店街,右转是去英国宫商场。大堂吧每天下午有小甜品供应,很遗憾冬季不开放顶楼,没能上去晒晒太阳。
定了个三人间,在2层,采光不好,是个小窗户,除此之外都很好,服务不错,酒店很有设计感,也很干净
这家酒店除了一个地方,其他都很完美。我被分到的房间正好在餐厅下面,可能还靠近酒店的客房服务间。从每天早上6点到晚上11点,噪音都特别大。我住了四个晚上,根本没睡好。千万别住310房间。
真的很生气,外国人普遍歧视中国人,给了我601的房间,跟电梯无缝衔接,出电梯口右手侧面就是房间只有5㎝的距离半只脚都没有,好坏,旁边就是装修的大楼,睁眼就是吵的要死,只要有人上下楼坐电梯无比吵,讲话不隔音,半夜房间内声音此起彼伏!十分不推荐这个酒店!
