While the schedule is set by us, an attendant is required during slide hours to ensure rules are followed, as per City of Kamloops regulations.We apologize if this wasn’t clear and for any frustration caused. Your comments about the hot tub and beds have been noted and shared with our team.
酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and comments. I do remember you coming to the front desk to ask about your shoes that went missing from the pool area. We did look at the cameras but were not able to see anything as they primarily cover the immediate pool and water slide chute. I apologize if this information was not relayed to you. It's obviously upsetting to that someone would take shoes that were clearly not theirs and I'm sure we all would all hope this is something that should never happen.

每次我们来探望女儿住在这里,房间总是很干净,而且每次都能顺利入住。就是希望价格能再实惠一些。
我妻子带我去坎卢普斯和朋友们庆祝生日。我们要求提前一小时入住,因为我们安排了很多行程。入住后,我们去了房间,空调开到最大,房间温度只有17度。我试图关掉恒温器,但关不上。我换了暖气,温度还是没有变化。我通知了前台,他们派了一位客房服务人员过来。另一位先生过来,把恒温器的电池取了下来,结果把电池烧坏了。
110号房间:床很舒服。有个小厨房很不错。这个房间位于制冰机和清洁工房间的对面,所以我们能听到冰块掉落的声音、制冰机旁的人以及清洁工的谈话声。房间温度不太合适。我们感觉要么太冷,要么太热。床离冷暖气系统太近,所以我的伴侣的腿老是撞到床架。我们到达时,发现地板上有指甲屑。浴室的谷仓门晃来晃去,很烦人。泳池原定早上7点开放,但直到7:30才开放。泳池水温适宜,但只有4英尺深。热水浴缸令人失望,水温不太高,喷头也很弱。另外,我丈夫不得不请一位先生不要在正门入口处的禁烟区吸烟。第二天,那位先生还在吸烟。工作人员从前台都能看到他。
不会再住了
