Stayed here a couple of nights to attend a Wedding. Location was good for us as the courtesy coach pickup was a 5 minute walk away. The positives: Secure underground parking at an extra charge (but beware of the tight curve on the ramp), clean hotel, room was an adequate size (superior double) with a lounge area, mattress was nice and firm. Close to the centre town (10 mins walk to the bars and places to eat). What was not so great: Parking charge was expensive on top of the overall room rate. The minibar advertised had 2 small water bottles for €2 euros each...nothing else!, the air con was hit and miss (which at 38 degrees C outside wasn't great), only one mirror in the bathroom (no other mirrors in the room or lounge which is not helpful if you're dressing for a wedding or Business), coffee bar is only open for a couple of hours in the morning, receptionist was absent pretty much both days, bath was slippery when used as a shower, TV remote was temperamental. The WiFi didn't work well at all and kept dropping signal. All in all I was disappointed, especially as this has been taken over by a major Hotel Chain that I have used before in Europe. It was not worth the room rate and parking charge.

The hotel is well priced for where it is.....BUT.......... When we checked in the room wasn't very clean....there were long dark hairs on the floor...the bed sheet was ripped...the blanket had what I hope was chocolate on it..🤔🤔🤔🤷🤷🤷 and the bathroom needed a lot of basic maintenance, abd the tub itself was stained. Considering this has been taken over by Melia...a huge hotel chain there is a lot to be desired. Would I stay again.......hmmmmm...🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷
普埃尔托利亚诺酒店地理位置优越，靠近休闲娱乐场所。
员工非常友好。酒店正在进行翻新，这很有必要，因为房间确实比较老旧。我住的房间没有吹风机，冰箱也坏了。墙壁需要隔音，因为能听到周围的一切声音。
至于停车，酒店附近很难找到停车位，而且停车费相当贵。
酒店需要进行一次大整修。有些星星会掉下来。 餐厅服务比较一般，自助餐很有限，虽然早餐价格一点也不便宜，而且餐厅想开就开。我不喜欢它的价格。
良好的服务，友好的工作人员。设施和房间老旧破旧，没有什么性价比。诸如浴室分配器中没有凝胶和洗发水或者早餐时有发霉的碎番茄之类的细节。正如我所说，性价比较差。
我工作7个月后回来了，酒店还是老样子，性价比不高……唯一有显着变化的是自助餐和自助餐厅。它在质量和治疗方面都有所提高。
