The faucet in the sink bathroom leaks badly when the water is turned on. It leaked enough onto the counter that the water started running onto the floor!

Convenient for my needs and staff did best to keep it clean, but so many pieces in my room were worn out and needed repair. Staff was friendly, but it is time to do real makeover work on the place.

Room was not what had been reserved and nothing else available. No privacy for bathroom and jacuzzi tub old and messy looking. Finally, t.v. Had no network channels!

Staff was great, toilet wobbled, tub was slippery and dangerous, soap bottles looked somewhat used.

Toilet was flushing on its own and a roach crossed the bathroom with lights on. Horrible

Check in was a bit cumbersome, especially since I paid in advance. I had to provide a credit card that they charged me again for the same room. Fortunately, I was able to correct that after check out.

The room was clean and quiet. The room needs walls repaired and repainted, and lamps replaced. Lamps are either peeling or rusty, and some outlets are cracked or broken. Fridge needs to be defrosted, many inches of ice in it.

The room we were in a patch was coming down in the bathroom ceiling. The towels looked old and dingy. Some guy who I assumed lived there knocked on our door to hand us 1 towel. It sort of freaked me out because my husband had ran down to the car and we hadn't requested the 1 towel.

They charged me for extra person. The room shower curtain was dirty Handicap grab bar was broken. Air conditioner had mold in it
