Staff are a disgrace
Hotel itself and amenities are fantastic but sadly majority of staff have no people skills in hospitality. They can be rude and disrespectful. This is my second stay here and we have them the benefit of doubt and stayed again but it was the same. Will not recommend or stay here again

One of the best stays and the staff was very polite and they served us in really good manner. One of the most beautiful property’s in Amritsar. Loved the way they keep the things updated. It was more than expected

Exceptional value for money. All staff from gate and door guards, to restaurant wait staff and other front of house were absolutely delightful, friendly and beyond polite and respectful. This is the hotel you need to stay at if you’re wanting proximity to the airport and a comfortable stay.

离机场非常近，交通便利。房间设施能看出有些年头了，但整体来说很干净。早餐和晚餐都很普通。
