Refrigerator in room did not work. Front desk had no person available. Was supposed to be handicap room but that’s no way possible. Only 18 inches between bed and dresser

The room smelled like mildew. I had to spray disinfected spray. The floor had not been swept or mopped. We found a couple of spiders in the bathroom. Lightbulbs were burned.

Beds are fine. But amenities don't seem to be taken care of. The fridge, shower, and microwave were broken.

Easy to get to. Conditions were appropriate to cost. I did not like roaches in the coffeemaking equipment or water spraying outside the shower curtain.

The room I had looked like it was recently remodeled and had Showtime on the TV and complimentary coffee. Pool was out of order though

Very run down for a Wyndham property. Our bedroom floor was very sticky due to a new cleaning agent that was used. The mngr. came in and cleaned it for us. The “free breakfast” was a joke - nothing substantial to eat - not even a piece of fruit. plus the temp was about 90 deg. in the breakfast area. Also no water in the pool!!

I chose this hotel because the room choice stated a King - Smoking room. When I did the online check-in, it changed and said that the entire hotel was non-smoking. The king bed had 2 very small, flat pillows (I did request and receive 2 more). There is no phone or clock in the room. No luggage rack (we had to use the only chair in the room). There are no liners for the ice bucket and the room one had hair in it. No screen on the window so we were unable to open it without getting a bunch of bugs flying in. The parking lot was crumbling and had large holes. The pool was not filled and open for use.
