On the river walk but about 15 min walk to get to shopping or restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was sweet and very helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom was very awkward. You had to literally stand in the shower to close the door. It only had an inch clearance between the door and the toilet. Overall all I would stay here again.

The accommodations were great, but the staff was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and eager to help. I have stayed at many hotels, and the team at the Hyatt Place San Antonio was a notch above all others. Seriously, I thought we were at the Four Seasons! Oh, and the breakfast was fantastic too!

Hotel was good but not close to much on Riverwalk. Had to walk a good 10+ minutes before finding any restaurants. Also getting in/out of parking lot was challenging with the security gate

We stay here whenever we come visit our son who attends Trinity. I like this hotel because parking is easier and cheaper than the other downtown hotels. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the pillows are down pillows. They kill my neck. Other than that, I really like this hotel.

酒店正在装修，乱糟糟的。凌晨时分，装修卡车在拉东西，把我吵醒了两次。另外，没有中央空调，噪音太大，让人难以入睡。非常糟糕的体验。
