We stayed 2 nights. No room service. Poor drainage from wash basin and shower. Noisy machinery even though we turned AC off. We have stayed there a few times over the years but probably we'll try somewhere else next time.

The room had no air conditioning my daughter did not sleep at all as it was 25 degrees in the room. The room smelt musky and the carpet was lifting. This was room 227. My daughter was disappointed when she wanted to go down the slide in the pool and the lady said the slide was for little kids.. there was no one in the the pool and it was her birthday. They should really let booking customers know this information 🙄. I mentioned all this when we were checking out and the staff said she would contact me after talking to her supervisor. This was on Saturday morning , I waited till Tuesday and still had heard nothing so ,I called and left a voicemail with the manager. And still have not heard back. It is not Thursday. I very excited to stay at the hotel but this is unacceptable with the price you pay for a room. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. They need to lower there prices or fix major problems.

Great family-friendly layout, but definitely in need of some repairs and updating. There was mold on the ceiling in our original room, and front desk staff was quick to accommodate a room change. Next room was better, but still was a bit worn down. Pool was a bit murky, and we were not aware of the 4 foot height limit to use the water slides until after booking. Staff were lovely. The building just needs some work.

The hotel is easy to find and the closest to the national park so it was great to visit daily and close drive to downtown and waterfront. Dining available. Lots of parking available. Games room is great. Nice pool but gets very loud with kids using the slide on weekends or when doing construction. Pet friendly. Only complaint was "patio" consisted of 2 patio stones and a tree on each side to the curb parking in front of room.Wouldn't consider it a patio as couldn't sit there with chairs because the car is right in front. Non patio room guests parked in front of ours so was annoyed we had to squeeze around their car. Will pick a balcony another time with more room. Will only clean room only as requested at check in.

We liked the hotel; My 4 years old had so much fun on the pool and waterslide.

We just had a little problem with our room; We got a room with two queen beds, one for my husband and I and one for our son; when we moved the bed close to the wall so my son wouldn't fall out during the night, we noticed dirt under the bed, the towels weren't folded either when we arrived, and some pieces of paper right at the entrance to the room. Apart from that incident, everything is great.
