I love that the renovation was finally completed. Last Tim I was there it was almost done & I think they did a wonderful job. Especially the rooms. Very nicely done & the lobby too!

Everything was in great condition, clean and spacious, staff very well trained and attentive. A caveat: no elevator, so 2nd floor a challenge for mobility issues. Would stay again.

The bedroom was good, but bathroom was musty, moldy caulk, mold on the shower curtains, the vent fan did not work it was extremely loud and broken, no toilet paper, there’s just a sliding door to the bathroom that leaves a open crack so no privacy. The district manager at the front desk was not friendly but the cleaning ladies were nice and smiled at us. The Keurig was filled with dust/grime. I’ve been to other BW and they are much cleaner & the staff is friendly. I was not satisfied with our stay here. Even after touching the shower curtain we stank from the gross smell of the curtain. I notified the workers but they just said they’ll pass it on. We didn’t get a different room and/or nothing was fixed/changed. I know this BW is new to town but we won’t be back there. Thanks.

When we went to check in, they said they did not have a reservation. Yet they were able to transfer our reservation to a different hotel.

The room was good and clean, and the staff friendly and accommodating. I had stayed here before and liked it, particularly the breakfast: fruit, yoghurt, skim milk, cereal, eggs. A pretty good breakfast. This time, however, there was no fruit, and no yoghurt. I stayed four nights. On the third morning there was also no milk, although there was cereal. Only on my fourth morning was there fruit and yoghurt. Why it should take three nights for the hotel to be content with offering their guests a substandard breakfast (they were waiting for a shipment, they told me) is beyond me, especially with a supermarket a quarter mile away. In fact, that's where I went to buy what the hotel should have offered. I suggest that management be more attentive to their guests.

We were in an accessible room but the toilet was a low one. One could not get hot water in the shower. The temperature dial on the heater was missing and they could not provide a new one. Thus we had to manually turn the heat off & on. I was told they could not adjust my room fee as I booked through a 3rd party. The rom fee was approx $250/night
