We love your 5/5 rating and your kind words despite noisy children (10pm is our quiet time in the hotel, so hopefully everyone was settled down by then). Please, never hesitate to notify the front desk of any issues you may be experiencing during your stay.We definitely try to manage our room assignments for the comfort of all our guests, but it is not always feasible or an option to house all the families on the main floor, especially during busy times.We look forward to welcoming you back again soon (you may put in a request for the top floor and we'll do our best) when your travels bring you our way!
