The room was extremely clean. I liked the personalized welcome message on the TV. The AC unit worked great and was not overly loud. I also found the shower and bathroom to be excellent. I was not impressed with the free breakfast.

Clean and Convenient.
The facility was bright and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. We lost power in the middle of the night due to a terrible storm. No effort was made to let us know when it could be restored. When we checked in, we had to disturb the front desk clerk to help us. He was sitting outside on his phone.

Toilet was broken and AC was terribly noisy when we told them at check out they really didn’t seem to concerned

I never made it to stay here here but when ******* and Delta wouldn't help, the staff here went above and beyond, I was a basket case when i talked to Kelsey but she calmly talked me down, and took care of the unused booking in a matter of minutes. Every staff member I've talked to there was kind and helpful and it was extremely appreciated.

Very disappointed in the breakfast bar! Boxed cereal, bagels, yogurt and hard boiled eggs…….no microwave in the room to heat something if you wanted to. Won’t stay in one of these again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and bathroom very clean. We would stay here again. This was our first stay at a SPARK branded Hilton hotel. It is definitely no frills which is fine. But in Shepherdsville KY it was the most expensive hotel. I guess we expected a little more for the price. The internet kept going up and down during our stay but that was not the fault of the proprietor
