Nice place, everyday kids activities. Food was plenty with enough variety. Choose all inclusive stay to have free drinks at the restaurant. We had dinner at the ethno restaurant with life music and dances. Perfect choice for the money.

Love it...The very good place in Pamporovo We were there two times We met a new 2019 year Тhere was a lot of music and dancing As a family we were on half board at the 'Tavern' Good food and service We had a one bedroom apartment that was well equipped and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is parking We went skiing The lifts and the piste are well maintained and the staff that work at the ski resort are kind and helpful.

Thank you very much to the cleaners in our room, just what we needed. We liked the room spacious and exactly what one needs to sleep in in the night. Nice local cuisine, tasty and plenty with some notes. My only concern, the manager of the lower restaurant, I did not remember the name unfortunately did not act in accordance with the written rules of guest complaint procedure. I asked a member of staff at breakfast time for warm milk and have been told it is coming. 5min later another member of staff stated the same, another 5 min later I opted for alternative to my breakfast at it was taking too long to wait. By chance whilst queueing for a coffee I encountered the manager in question and told him about my experience, so he is aware. What was my disbelieve when instead of apologising and acting upon he asked me 'How long does it take you at home to warm milk?'. I responded that home and hotel are separate venues, but he kept on insisting that I am too impatient and there was no sigh of concern or compassion for me waiting for something so basic and default in a quality restaurant. I hope the management of the hotel will vet the staff they hire to be at a better standard, so it meets international guidelines.

A lot of people in one place, you feel like in mol on Sunday! The worst food I ever tried!!! Everything you try from the restaurant is really bad. Even if you order food (club sandwich) to your room and pay for it around 6/7 euro, you get the same food from the dinner. The spa center is for the people with strong immune system and infection resistance. The cleaning service is a great team!!!

This is my second visit to this hotel. Position of hotel is very good,I choose to rent ski box in Ski Center 1 (250 m from hotel) I want to avoid hotel shuttle bus. Infrastructure of hotel is good:rooms are spacious , furniture is new, cleanse of rooms is on high level.Things we did noz like 1) In rooms (both years) we smell high intensity of cigaret smoke 2) Choise of main food dishes was very bad...( Salads, Sweets,.ect was ok) 3) There is no enough parking lots so it is ok if someone block your car and you can't move it 4) Stuff (receptionist, hostess) are friendly except one female receptionist (cca 35-40 years) which yeld at me when I asked to find owner of the car who blocked my car... Over all solid hotel for this money

Sh**ty hotel with really bad staff. Never coming back. The restaurant staff kicked us out of the table. The bartenders at the reception bar put a reserved sign on our table and we had to go, he basically kicked us. You have to buy something to sit at the reception bar.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It has a very good location. The hotel was clean, the room was good and clean. Food was good but before 7:30 there’s no option for coffee or tea. When I asked the receptionist where can we order something for drink, she told me to go outside for a coffee. Unbelievable!!! There’s a coffee shop very close to the hotel and for our surprise most of the guests were there at 7 a.m. Later when we went for breakfast we couldn’t find honey for the pancakes. I asked a waiter and he answered me they don’t offer it. Mountain resort! Really? SPA was small, staff was unhelpful. There’s not towels. Activities were very good. The hotel offered kangoo jump. It’s fantastic, don’t skip it. So the hotel is big, clean with a good location but it’s not 4 star. I won’t be back and can’t recommended it to my friends.

友好且注重解决问题的工作人员，工作人员的位置和他们对视野的掌控都非常好，往返滑雪场的交通没有任何问题，滑雪场很漂亮，食物很美味而且适合。土耳其口味我会再来吗？
