Where possible, we chose to retain and carefully restore original furnishings and parquet flooring to preserve the authentic charm of the Liberty style that has defined our hotel since 1922.The colour palette used for the walls was carefully selected to convey a sense of relaxation, and the same attention was given to all shared spaces, with every intervention carried out in full respect of the building’s historic character.We are truly sorry that our professional and financial commitment may not have been fully appreciated. From the moment of your arrival, you appeared to be seeking reasons to request a refund. The assigned room was not dusty, and for seven days we were not allowed to enter to clean it. Regarding the air conditioning, please note that in mid-April it is not customary to activate it, as most guests request heating instead. The air conditioning was activated on April 29th.We sincerely apologize for not having been able to fully meet your expectations and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future, so we may demonstrate the attention to detail and professionalism that define our service.Kind regards,
