Room was cleaned well every day.

storage and weird seat in the tub, taking up room. Please let customers know ahead of time if they’re in a special room.

The hotel was located in a good spot and room itself was fine. It was quiet too, which was nice.
The only issue was the shower. We could not adjust the pressure at which the water shot out, or adjust the head to move the direction of the water. If it wasn’t set as hot as possible, it made a terrible noise. We ended up using all of the towels after one use of the shower because the water was splashing out. We even kept the curtain inside the shower and tried to keep the edges covered but it didn’t help. The floors were drenched.
I feel like if we could adjust the direction and pressure of the water, it wouldn’t have drenched the floors.

This hotel needs a refresh. Carpet was worn and a bit grungy. Everything else was clean. Breakfast was ok. A larger than normal refrigerator was nice. Staff was courteous.

Amy was great, the rest of the staff particularly one gentleman was just pretty much worthless. The breakfast was probably the worst I've had in 73 years. I've eaten plenty of breakfast included breakfast, powdered eggs and all. This one was terrible.

Room did not get cool enough and the breakfast was not always stocked and had to ask for items. Not enough of a variety. The gravy looked like it was leftover from the day before each day

Staff was friendly enough but we were given a really dirty room. We had dirty towels in the restroom and there was hair all over the floor. It looks like someone combed their hair in there and never cleaned it and housekeeping just looked the other way. We also found long human hair in the sheets. The bath mat in the shower had mold over it. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again just based off of this experience.
